Know Before You Go

  • Walking is HIGHLY encouraged
  • Limited general parking available at Willow Park
  • Limited ADA parking available at Rule and Willow Parks. Drop-off available at Rule Park entrance on Sears Blvd
  • Event is rain or shine so please dress accordingly
  • Bring lawn chairs, sun screen, bug spray, money for food/tickets
  • No outside alcohol allowed

Vendors

Becoming a vendor in our vendor area at Harvest Fest is an easy way for you to market your business, gain exposure, connect directly with your target audience, and find new customers. Vendors have the chance to meet people in your area and let them know that you are their local connection for your business. Harvest Fest is a very well attended event and can have a high return on your investment.

What to Know

  • The cost of a booth is $50
  • Vendor area is open from 12pm – 5pm, while the main event ends at 7pm
  • Vendors will be approved on a first-come first-served basis, and applications will be date and time stamped
  • No duplicate vendors will be accepted, with the exception of accessories, jewelry, garden, produce, and/or floral

What is Included in the Booth Fee?

  • 10 X 10 booth space. Vendor provides their own tent, signage, chairs, and 6-8 foot (max) table
  • The Park District can provide a 6-8 foot table and two chairs for an additional $10 flat fee (orders due August 26th, checks only)
  • Electricity will not be provided

Application

To apply to become a Harvest Fest vendor, please download the fillable Harvest Fest Vendor Application and email to info@wildwoodparkdistrict.com or fax to 847.223.2820. You will be notified via email when your application has been reviewed and approved. Booth fees are due upon approval.

Volunteer

The Wildwood Park District is currently seeking volunteers, ages 14+, to help with Harvest Fest. We offer many different volunteer opportunities, such as helping with set-up, running kids activities, assisting with logistics, working the beer garden, and much more! Whether you’re seeking more social interaction, community service hours, or just looking to get involved and give back, volunteering has many career, educational, personal, and social benefits.
