Summer Camps

When Does Registration Begin?

Early Bird Resident Registration begins on Monday, February 2 at 9:30am. Early Bird Non-Resident Registration begins on Monday, February 9 at 9:30am. All Early Bird Discounts end and regular rates resume on Wednesday, April 1 at 4:00pm.

What Is the Early Bird Registration Discount?

Planning ahead has never been easier! By registering early for summer camps, families can save money (especially helpful if you have multiple children enrolled), secure their child’s spot in popular programs, and enjoy peace of mind knowing summer schedules and childcare are set well in advance. Early Bird Registration takes the stress out of last-minute planning and lets you focus on what really matters: giving your kids a fun, active, and enriching summer!

Families who register early will receive 10% off of one summer camp session per child. If you are registering your child for more than one session, the discount will automatically be applied to the lowest-cost session. It’s a great way to secure your spot and enjoy a little extra savings!

Which Summer Programs Are Eligible for the Early Bird Registration Discount?

The Early Bird Registration Discount applies to select Summer Day Camp programs. Eligible programs include Tot Camp (Age 3-5), Camp Rules! (Age 6-11), and Junior Camp Counselor (Age 12-14) camps. Please note that Before Camp Care, After Camp Care, and Swim Lessons are not eligible for the Early Bird Discount.

How to Register During Early Bird Registration?

Early Bird Registration for summer camps must be completed over the phone or in person (no online registration). The Wildwood Park District office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am-4:00pm.

  • By Phone: Call our office at 847.223.7275
  • In Person: Visit our office at 33325 N. Sears Blvd., Wildwood, IL 60030

Once the Early Bird Registration period has ended and regular registration rates resume (April 1 at 4:00pm), the Wildwood Park District offers multiple ways to register, including online, email, fax, mail, and in-person. Registering online is always fastest. For more details on registering, or to register once registration opens, please visit:

Early Bird Registration Payment Requirements

To receive the Early Bird discounted rate, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Registrations using the deposit option are not eligible for Early Bird pricing.

Can I Still Sign Up for Swim Lessons and Before and After Camp Care During Early Bird Registration?

Yes! Families may still register for programs not eligible for Early Bird Discounts – such as Swim Lessons and Before and After Camp Care – during the Early Bird Registration period, allowing parents to complete all summer registrations at one time. This can be done over the phone or in person while signing up for summer camp during the Early Bird Registration period, or you can register separately online.

What Documents Are Needed?

Please visit our Summer Camp Forms page for downloadable forms and instructions on how to submit completed forms.

How Quickly Do Spots Fill?

Quickly! Summer is our busiest season and enrollment tends to fill quickly, especially for Summer Camps and Swim Lessons. We recommend viewing our website and 2026 Summer Camp & Preschool Guide prior to open registration and having all your favorite events and programs picked out ahead of time so you can enroll as soon as registration opens.
