Summer Camp Parent Hotline

The Summer Camp Parent Hotline is a dedicated phone number available to families who have children enrolled in summer camp for direct communication between parents and camp staff. The cell phone is carried by our Lead Camp Counselor and is actively monitored Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Parents should use this line to report late arrivals, early pickups, and absences. In addition, camp staff will use this number to call parents to share illnesses, urgent information, or emergencies related to their child. This helps our staff respond quickly and keep camp running smoothly and safely. Parents and/or guardians who need to contact Camp Counselors directly during the above hours can do so by calling or texting 224.545.8762. If you have not done so already, please save this number in your phone so you not only have it handy, but so you also recognize the number should we need to contact you.
