Sunset Park Boat Trailer Parking Space Paving on 8/5

Please be advised that on August 5, 2025, the Warren Township Highway Department and their contractor will be removing the existing gravel boat trailer parking spaces at Sunset Park and will grade the existing stone to accept three inches of N50 asphalt surface mix. The current parking space footprint (three boat trailer spaces) will remain the same. Barriers and tape will be put in place by the Warren Township Highway Department while work is in progress, and the Wildwood Park District’s in-house maintenance team will stripe the parking spaces once work is complete.

We anticipate the Sunset boat trailer spaces to be closed to the public for today (8/5/2025) and possibly into tomorrow (8/6/2025). While work is being done, residents can launch their boats and park their trailers at Pebble Beach Park (33399 N. Sears Blvd.) where there are eight (8) trailer parking spaces available. During this time, please make sure to park your trailer straight and only utilize one parking space as we anticipate increased boat trailer parking at Pebble Beach Park while work is ongoing. Boat ramp keys work at both Sunset and Pebble boat launches.
