Wildwood Park District’s Harvest Fest is a free one-day event where residents and non-residents come out for a fun filled day to celebrate the beginning of the fall season. Attendees can enjoy an antique car show, beer tent, food, kid’s activities, live music and entertainment, petting zoo, pony rides, pumpkin and face painting, vendor area, and more!

Know Before You Go

Parking

• Walking is HIGHLY encouraged for Wildwood residents.
• Limited ADA and General Parking is available at Rule Park where the event takes place. ADA parking is located on the west side of the Rule Park entrance on Sears Blvd. ADA drop-off is also available at Rule Park entrance on Sears Blvd. General parking is located on the right-of-way on Sears Blvd. (please park vertically to allow more vehicles to park). 
• Additional ADA and General Parking is available at Willow Point Park (33666 N. Cove Rd.). Once parked at Willow, follow directional signage or ask parking attendants to make your way to the festival. A paved ADA path located in the cul-de-sac of Woodland Terrace adjacent to Willow Point Park that leads to the festival.

What to Bring/What Not to Bring

• Event is rain or shine so please dress accordingly.
• Bring lawn chairs, sun screen, bug spray, and cash/card for food, beverages, and tickets.
• Friendly and leashed dogs are allowed and must remain with their owner at all times. Please make sure to clean up after your pet. A Mutt Mitt dispenser is located near the Rule Park exit to Rule Ct.
• No motorized vehicles (including but not limited to golf carts, four wheelers, dirt bikes, mopeds/scooters) will be allowed in Rule Park during the event, with the exception of emergency vehicles, Wildwood Park District vehicles, and vendor vehicles who have received prior approval. 
• No outside alcohol allowed.
• No firearms allowed.

Emergency Action Plan

• Fire or Electrical Related Hazard: the event rally point for safety will be at the Main Stage Tent located at the north-central side of the park and Rule House.
• Active Threat/Acts of Violence: the event rally point is Willow Point Park pavilion as primary location. If unsafe, secondary rally point is Pebble Beach Park playground.
• Severe Weather: The Wildwood Park District staff and volunteers will closely monitor the weather in the days leading up to and on the day of the event. Due to the small size of the Wildwood Park District’s office/Rule House, it will not serve as an adequate tornado shelter for all patrons. If deemed necessary for the safety of our staff, volunteers, and patrons, we will postpone or cancel the event ahead of time or do our best to give sufficient warning so that people can leave the premises and safely get home. In the event of lighting/thunder, we will have to suspend all activities outdoors based off of 30 minutes of no further lighting/thunder after the last lighting/thunder is observed/heard. Announcements will be communicated from the main stage as well as on our website and social media. If it is a sudden weather situation, please find low ground without trees. Staff and volunteers will take shelter in the interior bathrooms in the Oak Room of Rule House.
