NOTE: Summer Employment
The park district has several summer seasonal positions available each year. Applicants/Students are encouraged to apply starting mid-December, during the holiday break, and no later than spring break. Rarely are positions available after June 1st.
Summer Position Information
Day Camp Counselor (part-time/seasonal) - Experience working with children, first-aid, CPR certified.
Swim Instructor/Aide/Lifeguard (part-time/seasonal) - Experience working with children. Red Cross Lifeguard Certification required along with first-aid and CPR certification.
Maintenance Worker (part-time/seasonal) - Experience working in landscaping and with power tools. 18 years and older, first-aid, CPR certified, valid Driver License.
