Present: President Dan VanErden,
Commissioners: Jeannie Turf, Gail Bruno, Ben Richards,
James Neel and Director Maureen Jekot
Guests: Gerry Warrens
President Van Erden called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll call, all
present
Secretary’s
Report
Commissioner Turf moved to approve
consent agenda minutes from the November 21, 2011 Regular
Board Meeting, and approve but not release the November 21,
2011 Executive Session minutes, and approve minutes from
the December 5, 2011 Continued Board Meeting. Commissioner
Neel seconded. Roll call, all in favor. Motion passed.

Commissioner Turf reviewed the
Treasurer’s Report and Director Jekot answered questions
regarding report.
