Boat Ramp Keys Boat
Boat Ramp Keys are for Residents only. The Wildwood Park District will begin selling new Boat Keys and Decals for the 2020-2021 season beginning on Wednesday, May 6th. The Park District office will be reopening Monday through Friday on May 6th from 12:00pm-4:00pm, (subject to change) for the purchase of new boat keys and decals and resident parking stickers. Social distancing will be implemented and only one individual/party will be allowed in the main office lobby at a time, and residents are asked to maintain six feet of separation outside the office if a line forms. The appropriate signage will be laid out as well. Our main office asks that residents use the hand sanitizer provided at the office and wearing of masks is required.
The Wildwood Park District will change the locks on the two boat ramps to coincide with the new boat key on Monday, June 1st. Residents who did not purchase a boat key last season, will be given last year's key, if necessary, along with the new key to use on the ramps until the locks are changed.
Residents will have three options for purchase of boat keys/decals.
- Come into the office at 33325 N. Sears Boulevard and obtain your new boat key and decal (and last year’s key if you did not have one) for a fee of $100 total. Please bring your watercraft DNR registration form so the Park District can make a copy.
- Download, print off, fill out, and scan back the Boat Ramp Key Application form found on our website at www.wildwoodparkdistrict.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also scan over your DNR registration for your watercraft. Please remember to fill out both sides and please remember to write your payment information. If residents feel more comfortable calling their payment information over the phone once the form is in, please call (847) 223-7275.
- Download Boat Ramp Key Application form, print, fill out, and mail via USPS your form, copy of your DNR registration, and payment.
As a reminder, the Wildwood Park District accepts cash (no $100 bills), credit cards, and checks.
Boat ramp keys open the launches at Pebble Beach and Sunset Parks. To purchase a boat ramp key, you must present a current DNR boat registration for each of the boats/watercrafts that are listed in the resident’s name and Wildwood address. Along with your boat ramp key, you will receive one boat decal. You may purchase additional decals for $10.00 each. You will need a decal for any motorized water crafts. Boat ramp keys are $100.00 and $75.00 for seniors 65+.
