REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

For mail, fax or walk-in registrations, you may print out the Registration Form (link located at the bottom of this page).  Simply fill it out and either mail, fax or bring it in with your chosen payment method.  Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.  Additionally, the Wildwood Park District now offers On-line Registration!  Those wishing to use the On-line Registration option for the first time must create a new account.  The account will then be submitted for approval by the Wildwood Park District via E-Mail for security purposes before it may be used for enrollment in a program.  Requests will be approved within 24 hours of submission during the business week.  Requests submitted during the weekend or on holidays will be approved by 2:00 p.m. on the following business day.  Please keep this in mind when registering.  Once your account has been approved you may register for any open program or event quickly and safely.  There is also no additional fee for On-line Registration!  Please note only credit cards are accepted for On-line Registration.  All programs and events are offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  If you have any other questions regarding registration, please contact the District office.
